I loved this book. It declares the reality of mental health. It all comes down to your mindset and how you choose to encounter it.

This is a great, easy to read book with education about depression and inspiration for the soul. The author shares his experience with depression, what a person goes through who has this disease, and how they can overcome its grip on their life. I give it five stars.

Willie does a brilliant job providing a crash course on what somebody is going through when having anxiety attacks. I’ve used some of the practices in this book and I trust what the author’s trying to do, especially with the spiritual aspect.

This book covers a very essential, serious, and denounced area of mental health: depression. It does a decent job describing accurately & methodically what happens to the brain, and why this needs to be solved sooner.

I highly recommend reading this book. It is a stark reminder of the healing power of God. The author shares his personal journey through depression, making this book enlightening and informative–full of real-life, real-time struggles from dilemma to deliverance.
